Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate ICT demand in different sections of the University
  • Maintain, provide ICT-related consultation and training for University staff
  • Facilitate workshops and training for staff
  • Enhance existing ICT infrastructure or propose new arrangement as needed
  • Organize, control central computer centers to serve academic, support staff and students
  • Standardize ICT services and resources and explore income generating schemes
  • Render technical support and consultancy on available resources
  • Collect and organize information about ICT resources for research or management purpose
