Bio:
My name is Dr. Muez Gebregiorgis Gebreyohannes. I graduated my bachelor degree in applied physics in 2010 GC from Hawassa University. Also, I received my Master of science in Condensed Matter Physics in from Addis Ababa University in 2014 GC. Finally, I graduated my doctoral degree (PhD) in Addis Ababa university in Condensed Matter Physics with my dissertation rated as "EXCELLENT" and with publications. I am in interested in the following fields: Condensed Matter Physics, Computational physics Electronic structure calculations Semiconductor Matter Physics High-temperature superconductivity, Density functional theory (DFT), Nonlinear optics, Magnetic Materials, Quantum Physics, and Mathematical Physics I am a member of the Ethiopian Physical Society (EPS). I presented four (4) different scientific papers (articles) in EPS. My hobby is watching scientific videos, playing football, and reading scientific magazines.

My field of study is Condensed Matter Physics. Currently, I am teaching courses in Masters program (PG), courses in undergraduate program. In addition , I am advising and Co-advising students in PG and UG levels. Till now, I offered the courses Electromagnetic field theory in PG level, Statistical Physics in PG level, and Mathematical Physics in PG level. In addition, I offered the courses Mathematical physics in UG level, , General physics in UG level, Electromagnetism in UG level, and Laboratory experiments in UG levels. Furthermore, I prepared one module (Condensed Matter Physics), and edited two modules (Electrodynamics and Nuclear Physics). These modules are serving as teaching materials in the university (AMU).
