PROJECT DESCRIPTION
- CONTRACT ARRANGEMENTS
1.1 Contract between
Maastricht School of Management (MSM) established and maintaining office at Endepolsdomein 150, 6229 EP Maastricht, The Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as "MSM", in this case represented by Mr. Meinhard J. Gans, MSc, Chief Executive Officer and Ms. Chantal A.P. Muyrers, BA, Chief Financial Officer and Arba Minch University, established and maintaining office in Arba Minch Ethiopia, hereinafter referred to as 'AMU', in this case represented by Dr Damtew Darza Sozo, President of AMU,
1.2 Purpose of this contract. The purpose of this contract is to formalize the roles, activities, rights and obligations of MSM and AMU within the framework of the project 'Bright Future in Agriculture-South (BFA-South): Quality and employability of Ethiopian ATVET graduates in horticulture' OKP-ETH-104072. The contract follows the proposal jointly presented in the call OKP-ETH-10026 for Orange Knowledge Institutional Collaboration Projects, which was awarded by Nuffic on 08 October 2019. The project number is OKP-ETH-104072.
1.3 Project partners
MSM operates in this contract as the lead implementing party of the OKP-ETH-104072 project also on behalf of the consortium members, namely Roe Scalda Groen College, Elsenburg ATVET College, Stellenbosch University, Q-Point BV., Jimma University, Ethiopia Horticulture Producers Exporters Association and Acacia Water BV. AMU operates in this contract as lead partner of the Country. A consortium and as co beneficiary organization of the OKP-ETH-104072 project. Country A Consortium Partners are: Wolaita Sodo Agricultural TVET College, Alage Agricultural TVET College, Bishoftu Polytechnic College and SNNPR Bureau of Agriculture.
