PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ESRI software is an integrated suite of ArcGIS platform which is used for geospatial data collection, analysis, data management, visualization and sharing within and outside an organization.
ESRI's software has over 200 apps and solutions necessary for modern GIS and is the only digital twin solution for an organization. Broadly speaking, ArcGIS includes web GIS, field data collection and management, desktop GIS, and enterprise GIS, and imagery and remote sensing software. Our license is for three years and renewed every three years. Therefore, the AMU-ESRI coordination office task is to implement ArcGIS platform for teaching-learning, research, and campus administration throughout Arba Minch University.
