Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement proper mechanisms and instruments for the recruitment, admission, placement and orientation of new UG and PG students
- Process registration and course enrolment; schedule academic calendar
- Assemble, organize, coordinate, oversee academic orientation of new UG students
- Develop, implement effective SMIS to collect, process, deploy and disseminate information and data on UG/PG programs, student’s population and activities
- Maintain records on curricula of programs, ensure rules; prepare and issue Ids
- Prepare and publish UG and PG catalogue
- Organize, maintain and disseminate information on enrolment, admissions, withdrawals, completion and attrition of graduates
- Develop system for timely certification of graduates; transcripts, other credentials for students and alumni
- Secure, maintain and ensure the integrity of all academic records; auspices
- Perform any other duties as asked by Academic Affairs vice president
