The directorate is accountable to the President Office.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Recognizing high performer academic and administration Staffs.
2. Improving Service delivery at AMU
3. Monitoring and Supporting timely service delivery of both Academic and Administrative Staffs.
4. Selecting and solving good governance problems at the University
5. Monitoring and supporting implementation of citizen’s charter as proposed on the document.
6. Monitoring and Supporting implementation of selected reform tools such as BSC and Kaizen principles at the University.
7. Undertaking study of service delivery status at the University.
8. Setting reform tools implementation evaluated documents at the AMU.
